Along Came a Bird Vintage Necklace
The Sparkle and Soar Necklace is one of my personal favorites. It’s one of those you really have to see in person to fully appreciate.
The Jack Necklace. On the way to meet my best friend’s new son Jack for the very first time, I found these charms at a favorite bead store. I created this necklace in his honor.
The Wish Jar Necklace. Only 12 of these were made! They were created from vintage pendants I found. I filled them with tiny silver stars, and strung them on sparkly gunmetal chains with a tiny star clasp! They were one of my best sellers and now they have all found homes!
This is a special edition, handblown glass piece I made. Three wishes (seeds) were also included. It is simply called Three Wishes. Only two were made.
SOLD
I spend my days carefully plucking seeds from dandelions and placing them in tiny vials. I wouldn’t have it any other way! One day I found three seeds stuck together. They grew as one. So, I made a special edition Three Wishes Locket (seen below)
SOLD
Back around Valentine’s Day, I found these great silver tone arrows. I had a few ideas in mind for them… this was one. Cupid’s Cuff
SOLD
The other arrow was used to create this large Cupid Specimen. It contained a white feather and a tag that read “Once Upon A Time”
SOLD
A similar item was this large vintage bottle I found at a flea market. The same weekend, my daughter came home with this large white feather… it could only be an angel feather… right? So, I created the Guardian Angel
SOLD
From one extreme to the next… For Halloween last year, there was The Raven
SOLD
Since I’m not short on raven feathers (I have enough to create my own bird) I decided to experiment with a slightly different display. This one I called The Edgar Dome
SOLD
I have a series of Everyday Ornaments. This first one is The FlyFly Ornament. I may bring a version of this one back… haven’t decided just yet.
SOLD OUT
The other is the Three Wishes Ornament. There will be no more of these.
SOLD
I started out 2011 with some whimsical rings. Such as:
The Spring Chick
SOLD
The Little Bad Wolf
SOLD
Tinkling Teacup & Handle and Spout
SOLD
For St. Patrick’s Day, I created the Lucky Charm Locket. This stuck around for a few months after until I just decided to retire it.
SOLD OUT
For Valentine’s Day, I created a similar locket. Only one was made. Love Grows Here
SOLD
The Dragonfly Specimen has been one of my favorites… made with real (freely given) dragonfly wings!
SOLD
And of course, The Guardian Angel Necklace. One of a kind, made with a found feather and vintage chain.
SOLD
This one (Riley’s Gift) I decided to keep for myself. It is by far my most favorite piece of jewelry! The feather was a gift from my daughter after a walk with her Dad. I still have no idea what type of bird it is from, but I think it is so beautiful! It inspired the DAY TRIP LOCKET which is currently available in MY STORE
MINE : )
